Hello, my name is Tianqing Feng. I currently hold the position of Data Analyst at the Center for Precision Medicine(CPM) at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, under the supervision of Dr. Kumar Sharma. Prior to this, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University(LSU), where I was mentored by Professor Lu Peng.
My current research is concentrated on the innovative design and development of bio-sample database systems. The primary aim of this work is to establish a robust and user-friendly platform that significantly simplifies the management of biological samples. This involves integrating advanced database management techniques with a keen understanding of biological data, thereby enabling researchers and laboratory professionals to access and manage their samples with greater efficiency and accuracy. My interests also extend into the dynamic and evolving realms of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a particular focus on multi-modal learning, trustworthiness, security, adversarial learning, federated learning, and deep learning. I'm currently applying for a Ph.D. program in CS/AI/ML, looking forward to advancing my knowledge and research in this exciting field.
If you're interested in collaborating on projects, please don't hesitate to reach out via email. I'm always open to exploring new collaboration and ideas.
